Cannot cancel a fan club membership

I can't cancel fan club membership for the broadcaster "Susan_Ds" (who abandoned her room 7+ weeks ago)

The help link https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037110472-How-do-I-cancel-a-fan-club-membership-
is outdated - the "memberships" tab doesn't appear in My Profile screen anymore (in fact half the tabs shown in the help page don't appear).

Tried both the latest Chrome browser and an older Firefox, same problem.

Also tried signing in via CB instead of affiliate - same lack of a "memberships" tab.

Yeah no idea, the tabs show up on mine, im not sure why they are missing from your account. I just happen to know how to directly access tabs via a link from trial and error when I was trying to make a link to the token history page for the best tippers script at https://www.cbhours.com/besttippers.php
