Cannot use email adress

Hello everyone!

So, couple of days ago I've registered to Stripchat. What I did wrong is that I've registered as a user and not as a model. So I've put my username and email address for this. When I realized my mistake, I've deleted the profile and tried registering as a model (with that same username and email). Of course, it was not possible as "this username/email address is already in use".
2 days later, nothing has changed and they also didn't reply to the email I've sent... Can something be done or should I just make new email and new username ?
