I recently wanted to create an account on Chaturbate to start camming. During the account verification where we have to send two documents with our ID card I had several problems: photo was too blurry, too small, badly taken, etc..
But by redoing the photos several times it seemed that I managed to get them right. But now I face the same problem over and over again:
"Your age verification was declined for the following reason:
The identification you have provided is not recent and recognizable. Please provide more recent identification with a recognizable photo."

It seems that on my ID I look too young. Not understanding why the photo could be such a problem since we have to prove it's us with another photo including our head and our ID, I decided to contact the support. Unfortunately, no one answered me and from what I read everywhere it is the case for many. What can I do? Because I managed to cam for a few minutes since my documents had been validated but suddenly my room was cut off because they were no longer valid. I'm a bit down :/
