CB account get a perm ban after refresh documents ;/

I wrote in support that I want to change Nick, they asked for docks. I wrote to them that I changed and I have new ones. They wrote a strange letter like “your documents are verified, you can receive tokens and broadcast” + there was a link to age versification. I decided to send my new documents with a passport photo + with a face there using this link. A day later, the account was blocked. After i wrote - “what's the matter?)”, a letter came about a permanent ban, which later came to all other letters no matter what I sent or wrote to them.
I think chaturbait banned me because I changed the gender(man to female) in the documents and does not want to unban because of this. Please, help! I really love chaturbait and never broke anything in a year :<
