CB Accounts banned

@punker barbie Hello, could you please check and see why accounts WastelandGhost and WisestWeasel got banned?
WastelandGhost just got got banned out of blue: logged out one night, could not log back in anymore.
WisestWeasel got banned immediately after tokens purchase, could not even spend any.
Both accounts have support tickets open with no response.
