Hi, it really is not that difficult to make your own profile, just a bit of basic coding is needed. (It is much easier than it sounds!)
There are many tutorials available, as well as posts on here. Try and learn a little bit and then you will be in a better position to decide if you want someone to do it for you. Also once you get started people here can give you advice on anything that you might be getting stuck with.
If you really want someone to do it for you, the owner of this website is active here. (I have no experience with them so it is not a recommendation, but he seems to be a good person from his posts here).
Be careful of any random guys offering to do this stuff for you...
