Changed gender on profile

So Stripchat apparently scooted me to the "female" section despite being trans and having cammed in the trans section in peace and harmony until today. There were a few upset people in my room.

The option to set the gender in my profile is greyed out, and their customer support page https://stripchat.com/help/ doesn't actually let you contact costumer support. Ugh. Does anyone know how to contact support?

Go to https://stripchat.com/help and click on the small Stripchat icon in the bottom right of the screen. It's their Live Chat and the only way to contact them directly now.
