Chatturbate payment and verification

I got an email from chatturbate today saying they need me to upload ID for my payments when my account is verified They have paid me several times and it was not an issue.My BF info is also loaded as well. @punker barbie can you please help me?It was for same day payout.I am not sure what the issue is.

Hi and thank you for posting. Support said that the ID you have on file for your CB account verification does not include a last name change you submitted and that your bank is insisting on verification from CB before they will accept transfers. So please know that Support will be working with you to try and clear this all up within the next 24 to 48 hours. But please do respond to requests for new ID or paperwork uploads to get this straightened out.

My name on my ID says same as my Account name.
