Chaturbate Account Stolen--Help??

I'm a new model and I made a dumb mistake that resulted in my Chaturbate account getting stolen. It was my first show and I was very overwhelmed. I am also Autistic and even though I try to keep on my toes, I am very easily tricked and very gullible. I had no idea what a password show was or what password I was supposed to be giving and ended up giving my account password. The person made it look like I was getting paid while I was doing the show, but I understand now that I wasn't. I had made about 700 tokens before doing the password show. As the password show was wrapping up, I got forcibly logged out of Chaturbate. I tried to log back in, but my password no longer worked. I tried to reset my password, but never got an email. I emailed Chaturbate support about it right away, but I haven't heard back from them. I didn't have a card on file, so I'm not at risk in that sense. I'm just very anxious and I want to get my account back

This has happened a number of times when a user has posted a 'fake tip' (emote / graphic - to look like a tip being sent) and asked for a PM from the new model. These guys seem to prey on the new models to trick into doing password shows.

These guys go from room to room on the new cams page and try to get a free pass show from girls. Just like the "make me mod" guys. Not easy to do anything against it, ban them from cb and they will just make a new account.

To Princesscitrus, good luck getting your tokens back. Change the password to your account and broadcast again. The "new cam" label days are running. Use them

Unfortunately I cannot, atm, reset my password as the person who stole it changed the email address the password reset email goes to.

Please DM me with the email that should be associated with your account. I am notifying support to lock the account until this can be straightened out, however you will need to be able to get the steps to change the password without it going to the person who stole your account. I am very sorry this is taking a bit of time, however there are many steps that need to take place in order to resolve this situation. Please know we are working on it!

I don't know who your email account is with; so here the account recover pages for the most popular email providers.

Gmail: Recover a hijacked or stolen Google Account
Hotmail, Outlook, Microsoft, Live: Recover Your Account
Yahoo: SignIn Helper
AOL, AIM: Reset Password
iCloud: Reset Your Password

One you recover your email address; You need to make sure they didn't configure your email account to forward emails to another email account. Also review your recovery phone number, make sure it's still your phone number. (assuming you set a recovery phone number). And consider updating your security questions. And enabling 2-step security. (assuming your email supports it)
