Chaturbate - Missing payments, unable to cashout tokens, no answer from support

We are studioqfmaster one of the studios working as part of a company based in FL, USA doing business on top of Chaturbate.
We have faced several issues during the latest 30 days and we tried to solve them with support but they are ignoring our messages.
1 - When we try to cashout the tokens it says "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues." But support is not answering our emails.
2 - Chaturbate has missed our last pay period payment.

Some of the opened ticket numbers are: 17669251,17662235, and 17711524

We tried to contact Multimedia LLC here in US but they asked to contact support for this cases because they don't have access to any account from their end. It is very frustrating to see this lack of communication from support leaving us in a limbo. We hope this post reach someone at chaturbate @punker barbie who can take actions so that we can avoid any kind of arbitration process.

An independent model I know had to wait 5 days for a reply to the issue of the "unable to cashout" issue. Just before the last pay period something changed, I know multiple studios and many independent models facing these issues right now. It seems whatever change they made had unintended consequences and they are flooded with support requests so it is taking a long time to answer.
