Hey, I have a question cuz I did a huge mistake. I wanted to buy tokens für 10€ and accidentally it switched to 1000€ while changing the payment method. Is there a way to get my money back asap cuz its christmas and I cant handle it to lose all this money from my bank account

Typically refunds take 7-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. But the tokens should be gone immediately if they said they refunded you. You may need to contact them again.
