Please help me, I worked just for 2 days and after I found photos and videos on another sites I really started to panic and now every day I am trying to delete every my photo or video that I found. I have just a few sites left, and I decided to write to chaturbate support, but I really don’t understand what to send them and they respond me very slowly. I have just a few photos a videos, please can someone explain what to send to chaturbate support and how to make them reply faster. I’m really nervous.

Please provide your username and ticket number so that I may pass it along to Support.
Thank you so much for your answer. My username is Cuteface_bigboobs. I guess this is the ticket Your request (17045506) . Or is it this one [Chaturbate] 17045506? Its the first time I am dealing with it. Support answered me last night. Here is whats their saying
Your account was flagged by our fraud detection process due to a large number of suspicious tips being sent to you. Many of these tips have been charged back by the credit card holder, which means that the tips were in fact fraudulent, and we have been forced to refund those purchases. For your information, you received these fraudulent tips, totaling at least 6,000 tokens, in a very short period of time from only a small number of user accounts including nptmjkku and pkkkqftv. Although we suspect that the amount of fraudulent tips received by your account is much higher, since we have not had a problem with your account previously being involved with fraudulent tips, and we do not have any clear indication at this time that you were involved in these fraud incidents, we have determined to take no punitive action against your account at this time.

For your protection, we ask that you please notify us immediately if you see suspicious tipping patterns in the future. For example, if you see large quantities of tokens being tipped to you from user names you do not recognize as regular viewers, please email us to let us know that you were not colluding with someone who may be sending you fraudulent tips. If you do not let us know of such tipping patterns, and your account continues to receive a high volume of chargebacks, we will need to suspend your account in order to prevent future incidents of fraud while we investigate the matter. We hope that this will not become necessary and request your assistance in identifying fraudulent tippers as you see them.
I just dont understand what went wrong. I remember this day and this member. I have not done anything bad. And would never do such things. Can you please help me with this situation

You want to make sure to include the URLs of the pages where your stolen content can be found. The URL being the full website address, for example the URL of this page right now at the top of my browser is: https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/chaturbate-support.38681/

Your content appearing on other sites, without your permission, is an unfortunate down-side of this business. Sex sells, and those who can will try to profit off your content. CB offers support through a DCMA takedown service. I'm not sure of its effectiveness, here is more infomration if you are curious: https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/e...1351-My-content-is-being-used-on-another-site

If you are going to stress over this to the point that it upsets you, then I would like to make the suggestion that this career choice is not for you. Google a few of your favorite broadcasters by their username and you will see what I mean. Please keep in mind that it is you against the pirates, and some of them are automated!

I'm sorry if my post is upsetting. I felt that this truth should be exposed and discussed, and not just swept towards CB support links.

Cheers,
Cexmental

Basically they are saying you received fraudulent tokens, if you know who is sending you fraudulent tokens tell them to stop immediately, if you have no idea who is doing it then write to support anytime you receive any suspicious tips.

I urge you to take it seriously, chaturbate does not play when it comes to this kind of thing.

Thank you so much. I really did not know about it. And from now I will be aware of it. But mean time how do I get my account back? Is there a procedure to fix it? Or its permanent?
Did you already respond saying you didn't know anything about it and that you will report any future suspicious tips?

I did. And I will report anything like that. But support is just not answering me. And its been 6 days from my last working day((
I can confirm that Support has replied to your email.

Learnt this the hard way. I must have spent hours sending links to chaturbate after they said they would get them taken down as a 'good will gesture'. None of it got taken down though.
I wear a mask now covering half my face. It's actually more a confidence thing for myself as I hate seeing myself back and its more bearable with my face covered!

As for Chaturbate, they really should be able to stop this sort of thing happening on the scale it is. I have been told of other sites that have very tight security and copyright procedures so why not chaturbate?

DMCA take downs are not guaranteed to work.

What sites?

If the public can see the video theres a way for someone to auto record it.

One immediately that comes to mind is AdultWork, a friend has been camming there for 10 years and there is not one trace of her on google images!

Isnt that a site for privates? is nudity allowed in the freechat?
Very valid point.

So do private/password shows not get recorded on Chaturbate? That's a little more reassuring.

Also there's nothing of me online from my 2 years using live Jasmin. Though again I suppose nudity wasn't allowed in free chat.

If the model allows a recording it is stored in the users profile, but there is always the possibility that the user records it with a screen recorder, though I think that would be for his own pleasure, not to share. And the bots that record streams do not take models private.

I'm sorry, but the response they provided for you is the biggest pile of BS I have read. CB is a site of randoms who pop into a room, drop money, and then leave. Why would it be your responsibility to determine if a username is random enough that the tip they gave you could be fraudulent? Why should you ever be involved or get in trouble for something BEYOND your control? How is it your fault that someone steals Credit Cards, buys fraudulent tokens, and then gives them to you because they like you? CB even admits in the first half of the letter that it was not your fault. I'm sorry, but this is BS. It's a scare tactic they are using to get you to do their job or save them money from having to buy expensive vetting software. I'm appalled that they would even write this response, let alone consider sending it. This letter probably came from the same person who thought up today’s 10 token promotion!

I assume there is a large increase in people getting models to help them cash tokens based on how many models are receiving emails like that and how many are posting on forums and reddit saying they were approached by people trying to trick them into helping them cash tokens. I made mention of this on the cbhours twitter on 1/29/2021. This particular email is giving the model the benefit of the doubt but others have received emails that they have been banned from the chaturbate platform.

I cant get my head around it either. Honestly Chaturbate is a very odd site at times. I know theres people on here who will defend it to the death, but some things just make no sense whatsoever!

Hi
Did you get any further with your issue?
Same had happened to us
So worried about it
Have managed to get some content removed from some sites
But a few we are unable to contact.
So we are replying on chaturbate to help us with it.
can’t seemed to get a reply from them but could really do with the support!
Did the images eventually get taken down from google search?
Any advice would be great
Hope you got your problem sorted
Thanks

Ikr. Plus, all regulars start out as randoms at some point. If a model starts acting extra suspicious/trying to refuse tips of anyone that isn't a regular, that sounds like a good way to ensure you won't get regulars (who are arguably where a lot of the payout resides). This is going to 1.) take resources from support looking into false reports and 2.) increase the chances some poor bloke who was curious in a new room is banned for no reason due to a false red flag. It also seems like an unnecessary burden to keep track of all the tippers and report them, especially in a high tip room. Who is to say a regular doesn't start being fraudulent suddenly either?

It's like the equivalent of saying "oh that thief robbed that store. How horrible! Unfortunately, the police can't be bothered to find the thief, so store owner, you have to close your business now for good, because we don't want the thief stealing from your store anymore." The logic is backwards.

It's even worse that CB just bans models without explanation sometimes for this, hence the various ACF threads. Wouldn't be surprised if there was some incel asshat out there actively trying to ban rooms via fraud, since CB seems to be incompetent at creating safeguards for it.

nope, not a screen recorder, at least in the GUI/graphical sense.. and definitely not saying that people won't do something like that out of sheer ignorance to any better alternative.. but they are literally scraping the data from the feed it's self, before or right as it's arriving to the embedded player... by no means am i advocating doing this, but it's actually super easy.

i don't understand the appeal, tho... watching something that happened live... and with a huge majority of streams for various reasons due to network latency, encoding issues, lighting, etc, etc, live streams are in most cases sub-par quality to HD porn standards.... yeah... the skimmer scammers are selling some of them, that's their appeal... but who the F is buying it and what is their.... oh nm, heh, i just remembered how narrow of sight and mind we, as humans, can actually be....

but yeah, super simple and easy. in fact one could technically watch the stream in the player of one's choice, if one were so inclined... think about it, tho, it's 2021 and we have computers in our pockets... it's not rocket appliances we're talkin here! :)

This. 1000 times and then 1000 times more. people still won't believe it's possible, either.

it's not the 90s anymore, when everyone used their actual real name for everything, freely giving out personal details, as nonchalant as can be...

those times are far gone and nothing at ALL like it is now... wew lad.. internet be scaryyyy! the sheer knowledge that those rogue wave embedded tides can turn in an instant, like you said, just 1 post on the right, yet wrong, place... with enough friction behind it... :|

solo, group, doesn't matter. 1 frigging baseless DMCA claim from a random on youtube a few years back shut down entire channels for days/weeks/??? iirc....

don't get me started on the people who seem to have 48 hours a day to focus on very minor issues that have nothing to do with them, by any means, but they're SEARCHING out these things so they can feel relevant... and spark a national social media induced frenzy.... cuz junior had their feelings hurt one time 14 years ago... or whatever.. .(might be a bit too brash... sorry!)

standing down!

just be safe out there, everyone... if you can conjure the idea then it's probably already been done and versed-well to the point of efficiency in several cases.....

No ones saying she should refuse tips. Everyone is not receiving the email and chargebacks happen all the time so its probably some kind of formula to detect possible collaboration thats flagging them and then someone follows up and investigates. I know a model that was banned from the chaturbate platform for this fraud thing and even though she had been a model on CB for years CB was absolutely correct in this case as the model did get tricked into cashing out fraudulent tokens for someone.

It's like the equivalent of saying "oh that thief robbed that store. How horrible! Unfortunately, the police can't be bothered to find the thief, so store owner, you have to close your business now for good, because we don't want the thief stealing from your store anymore." The logic is backwards.
its more like owning a huge eat in restaurant chain, your merchant account calls you one day and points out this increase in chargebacks you are having. You start investigating and find that while almost every waitress you have has had a tip charged back at some point but there are a small number of them that seem suspicious to you because of X reason.

since CB seems to be incompetent at creating safeguards for it.

If you know a secret the rest of the adult industry doesn't know to avoid chargebacks I want to know about it. The adult industry would be so so so much better if chargebacks wherent such a serious problem.

3d secure.... it's literally 2fa for payments meaning that the user was present at the time of payment (not perfect since it's sms bassed and sim jacking is a thing)... banks should really build in a 2fa system into their apps 🤔
