They appear to have wilfully left contact information off their website, for obvious reasons. If you want to get in touch with them to remove content, you will probably have more luck with Google: https://transparencyreport.google.com/copyright/domains/webcamshows.org

If you are trying to send a dmca, request the site of origin to dmca on your behalf. That way you don't accidently dox yourself.
