Convicted Sex Offenders on CB

I know of a broadcaster on Chaturbate who knowingly allows a convicted sex offender to be in her room. Their Terms are pretty clear, that he's is not allowed on Chaturbate, but what about the broadcaster who allows him in her room, and at one point, she made him a moderator. His users keep getting banned but nothing happens to the broadcaster, so my question I suppose is, by allowing him to be in her room, and actively engaging with him, is she in violation of the Chaturbate terms?

maybe you should stop paying attention to this model then. sounds like chaturbate is on it and there isn't any rule stating otherwise from what i can tell.

How TF do you know that a user on CB is a convicted sex offender? Why are you getting involved?
