Creating new accounts for CB and banned right away

Could you look into our accounts, my friend and I tried to create account with CB and as soon as we turned our requirement it gets banned for breaking CB rules. Not sure using one email is breaking a rule for CB or was it something else ? Please look into this and hoping we may unbanned and start broadcasting.
