The most likely options when models go on holiday and you can't see the people in them are that she's travelling alone, with friends, with family or with a boyfriend/husband. Your thoughts go straight to escorting, I am not sure if this is wishful thinking or coming from bias because she's a cam model. But if it is a job that makes her travel it would probably be more likely she has a vanilla job that leads to travel.
To answer your question, yes some camgirls do escort, some escort separately to camming, and there are some sites which also advertise escorts (adultwork being an example). Some camgirls used to escort then moved to camming, some the opposite way around. I would imagine that there are more girls in the camming industry who have escort experience than other industries, but it's probably still a minority.
