Use the mobile app.

It is a little confusing, but the basic idea is that you have a "Lovense Extension" either added to Google Chrome or built into the Lovense Browser. That extension has a place to enter your user login account on Lovense's website. On the phone, you run an app named "Lovense Connect". As part of the setup for that app, you scan a scancode that is available in the browser extension. That connects the phone application to the browser application, via the Lovense website.

There is an additional phone app named "Lovense Remote" that allows for a more sophisticated remote control experience. Although Lovense claims it is not supported, I have found ways to run Lovense Remote and Lovense Connect simultaneously, and that gives you tremendous flexibility in how to run your show and privates.
