The only email address that is official (other than the newslettter) is: support@chaturbate.com ...and they will usually never contact you unless you contact them first.

There are lots of scammers pretending to Chaturbate to get access to your account and payment details.

Even if the adress of CB-WL.COM actually opens the site chaturbate.com, think that it's easy to do such a redirection.
this mail is obviously a scam/phishing temptative.
