E-mail says my gf is verified, but still can't receive tokens

So... after sending multiple e-mails to support, they've answered that she's verified on her account "SweetLenaX". However, When broadcasting, she still can't receive tokens. Has anyone been through that before? my strategy is being to just spam support with no success lol

I have confirmed with support that the account SweetLenaX is age verified.
