Hello, Chaturbate has a new verification process eKYC through Jumio Corporation. It requires to upload your ID and scan your face using a webcam or a phone.
I tried 4 times to verify my account. My ID was accepted but each time I was refused for the reason "Selfie was not clear, Please Try Again".
I've HD quality webcam, my face is clearly visible, I don't cover any part of my face...
I know it's auto process of verification, but how come It says my Selfie is not clear if I put my face next to the webcam and my face is clearly visible ?
