They are playing a video that loops very obviously after about 10 minutes. I watched it loop a couple of times to be sure. It's definitely a loop. As I'm writing this, they are in a private show and they've been in a private show for quite a long time. Which makes me think the person who requested a private show is part of the scam. Because nobody would ever stay in a private show for as long as this person has without noticing the sudden jump when it starts over.

As I was typing this the private show ended and they immediately went offline.

They may be doing a loop in public, but when it comes to private show, it may be real and the model may really be there.
Did you try and spy to see if it is still the exact same video, since you watched it loop multiple times i am sure you could recognise if it was a loop in pvt or different
