I have games. my goals are low and I am not egotistical but I am not ugly. Why do I have almost no traffic? I try to talk but I need people in the room to talk to. I would love some advice. I am sure this topic is beaten like a dead horse but I am so frustrated I want to cry. I have a twitter I have an Instagram. what am I missing? To add I have only been actively camming for 2ish months with one month being consistent. Am I asking too much this early? tell me I am not alone.

Talk to yourself. Do something interesting like cooking, making a friendship bracelet, or just dancing around a little. Give the guys something to talk about and try new things often. I've been camming for about four months and have been slowly gaining regulars throughout that time so that I now usually have ~10 people in my room at any given time.

Experimenting and trying new things helps a lot. I've found that if I stand up, rather than sitting on the floor, I get a boost in viewers. If I lie down so you can see my feet, I'll attract a few foot guys who may want to talk/tip. When someone does say hi, ask them a question (I often ask about usernames) to start a conversation.

In the end, it does take time. It's often frustrating. I know how you feel, but if you want to be successful at this, the only option is to keep going.

Beginning sucks unless you’re super lucky. I’d suggest making some content to push on mfc share to help boost your camscore which in turn, will boost your ranking on the homepage and get more traffic to your room. As much as it may suck, look pleasant if not smile. I have bitchy resting face and I have to really try to remember to look happy or like I’m at least having fun. If you need to relax the face, definitely get up and try moving around/dancing and your face will be offscreen for a break. I’ve done things like wearing crazy outfits with lots of color to attract attention. A lot of it is finding your hustle/niche and just perseverance. Anyone can have success if they have the determination and can adapt. Even putting the cam on the floor and showing you giving yourself a pedicure can bring in traffic. Good angle with your ass in nice panties brings in people. Do you have an interactive toy like a lush or domi? Those are very helpful as I think most guys expect them now.

You are definitely not ugly at all, it has been a weird month, for a December (imho and experience). What really brings me more traffic is posting fetish and vanilla clips on sites like clips4sale, Iwantclips and ManyVids. That has brought me tons of paying guys for live camming. Even clips of just vacuuming, can sell really well on C4S, plus it motivates me to actually vacuum haha. My first week on c4s I made $800 just on sneeze clips (admittedly I have never made that much in a week there since, but still) If all else fails try another live cam site too. I expect it has nothing to do with looks at all, so please don't feel like it ever does. Is all your equipment and internet bandwidth etc decent? Also, I tried MFC, and did OK (for a few months) then switched to Streamate, because it better suited my personality. You could always try other sites to, if all else fails. I hope that this helps and doesn't come off bossy or anything. I remember my first few months, and going through Hell self esteem wise, because I didn't have a great cam score on MFC, or make what I needed. Then I switched things up, and got to doing great. If you ever need anything or have any questions or anything about what worked from me, I'm happy to PM. Although I am new, and may not have that ability yet, on this forum. I am sure things will get better. It really is a weird December for camming, in my opinion. Quieter than usual. Also, I don't get hardly any paying customers from social media, especially Twitter, I am convinced I am shadow banned. I get more customers from posting clips, putting in more cam hours, and even from model hub and pornhub. Marketing on social media has never done much for me, but just my experience.
