Girlfriend can't get verified

I keep getting the blurry message even though my girlfriends validation photos under my account are exactly the same as what I submitted (mine verified in 10m).

My username is philadelphiites. She is having the same issue under her own account leeleesno

if you want the photo to not be blurry, then you need to use a better camera, and/or get a lot more light. A lot more light is probably the easiest. Darker means the shutter is open longer, and the photo will be blurrier as almost no one can hold a camera steady, even using a tripod just pushing the button on the camera will cause blur if you don't have enough light.
