Hello, we have an issue, and we found this forum sometime ago (Thanks Amber Cutie =).
We come here, because we tried everything to resolve this issue by ourselves (without "good result"), and we though that maybe "Punker barbie" (Shirley) would have the power to help us.
We're a couple (32/30), from France. Age verification was already done when we subscribed (more than one month ago), and we love to work with Chaturbate (we're performer, supporter, and we even done the last contest).
We found from this passion, a total motivation to realise our show and invest ourselves into Chaturbate.
Every rules have been and will be respected of course.
However since some days there is an issue which is : our payement is being held.
We have choose "Wire Transfer" as process.
The informations from the bank we have selected are correct, and this is our main bank account, so it got the same name, than one of the I.D already verified (which is a National Identity Card, like we don't have any passport).
From this, the support contacted us to tell us we need a second verification.
So :
1 : We answered with : the national identity card (once again, in high def & near face). And we added the Social Security Card (high def & near face). And we even made a Sworn statement, hand written, signed by both of us (high def & near face too).
The answer was like a "bot" answer. Asking us to upload the documents on Chaturbate Website and to make a new "agreement" (all, as we did the first time).
2 : We have created a "third" contract by clicking on the link the support gave us (signed with the same name as our subscription on Chaturbate, which is the name account of our bank too...), and uploaded once again the National Identity Card (the "bot" says : "this person is already age verified". Logic, like we're a couple and all of this was already done at our subscription). And the Social Security Card, wasn't validated by the bot, when the Chaturbate Support says it was "supported" justly.
So we contacted again the support.
They have said the same things : "We require 2 forms of Government Issued ID uploaded to your payment information"
Finaly, I explained again, than the two are "valid forms of government issued ID", and than the upload on Chaturbate Website, answered in any case than one of these I.D was already age verified.
And from this, nothing advance. So everything was sent in support, on upload, and we stay "blocked" at this point.
It cut our motivation.
I know there is others way to be paid, however, the "Wire Transfer", stay for us the best way.
