Am I allowed to post in my top menu - 100tkn-Snapchat/WhatsApp, and then PM the user my Snap user name!? I can’t find any solid information in the internet. I see some models with it in their menus, but I’m terrified of getting banned.

You might consider using Chaturbate's tools for offering social media which you find in your Bio page, where you can offer photos and videos, too.
Charturbate won't charge any commission for that, and it gives you a nice overview of current subscribers.
