I would do the shaving custom IF he is down to pay extra since you said that being unshaved is your niche. Like, it's going to take time to grow back, that's money lost, so I would tack on an extra fee and he can take it or leave it.

I guess it would be very convenient if the other guy wants you to start from freshly shaved and document the process of growing it out. Not sure if you meant that he wants to see it growing over time or just already grown out though.
