This sounds interesting -- so Beans is a video call app that is sex-worker friendly? Do you have an official stance on this in your TOS?

This does NOT look sex worker friendly at all.

This line right here pretty much invalidates this app as sesta/fosta safe also

Not restricting the app userbase to ONLY those at age of consent you open everyone up to huge liability since models have no legal standing to ensure they are only communicating with legal adults for transactions.
Also what will you do 'when' Apple figures this out and kicks you out of it's store? Will the models get paid at that point?

My initial thought was "how would they enforce that?", but further down in their Terms of Service they state this:

4. [...] You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy concerning the submission of any Content. We have the right, but not the obligation, in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Content.

So that makes me wonder if they are monitoring calls. Are you, @Kate_Beansapp?

I emailed support to ask if their platform was sex worker friendly between consenting adults and this is what they replied:

Which is really not a good or clear enough answer for me to give you all the green light.

I think the last time I video chatted from my phone ("adult" chat, that is) was using the app Phrendly when a guy wanted to video chat.

I've never heard of Beans, and from what I'm reading in this thread (and that vague response they gave witchbaby), I wouldn't even bother with them. Usually when I'm considering trying a new adult site, I like to check camming forums like this...to see if other girls have tried it first...and I wanna hear that they've actually been paid too.
