Hi, i need help, please. I have a studio account with Chaturbate but since the fortnight of 1-15 November i haven't get paid, i either transfer or cashout the tokens, it says "Contact support if the problem continue"
i sent the first message since 24 of november and Chaturbate hasn't answered, i'm very worried.
My username is "andresluna_1"
The first ticket is 18652411 and the last one is 18733778

I haven't broken the rules, i don't know why chaturbate is doing this

My account is also a part of a studio for daily pay reasons. I'm not able to tip anybody, convert tokens or cash out, only my studio is. For me, the tokens convert/cash out at a specific time every day.

Are your tokens still visible on your account under your name on the top right?
Or are they being converted and cashed out? If it's the latter, it's your studio causing problems. Either way it sounds like you need to contact your studio and ask them to convert/cash out/where the money is.
