If you listen to cam forums, there’s a reason every month is slow 😂

But joking aside, Summer tends to have a slump. I’ve found that the good times and bad times are more of a night-by-night than month-by-month thing though. Pay attention to when sports are on, or when big season finales for popular shows are.

That being said, I honestly wouldn’t worry about it too much. The flow of your room will affect your earnings way more than any other factor. Some of the traditionally slower times have been great to me because I happened to have more regulars active and spending around that time. And some of the good times have been trash because my energy was off or I just didn’t have clients around.

Everyone says summers are slow but for me it was super good.. but yes it is volatile its very normal.

This...
I worked at a pornstore / fetish club for about 6-7+ years. The Pornstore was 24/7 so never closed and I always found it hilarious how we would be so busy on Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays but dead on Superbowl, World Series, and Stanely cups.

Summer sucks because a lot of people are traveling and just away from the computer. Mid to late Fall / Winter get's a little busier as people are staying in more. Plus Wintertime blues of being alone can influence more to log on and want to socialize. Dec, Jan, and Feb being the three major months.

However, this year with COVID things were all thrown into a mess as folks are home more now and not able to go out to socialize.

When fallout 4 was released, it was so fucking dead. So dead even pornhub had a noticable dip in traffic that they reported on it.

Pay attention to largely anticipated videogame releases or new seasons. I wouldn't avoid working them, because sometimes after a couple hours of release, people will get bored or need a break.
