How do I get started into the actual camming?

I take it you've already registered to be a performer on MFC?
FYI they also list model support email of models@myfreecamsmail.com . And they have Becoming a Webcam Model at MyFreeCams.
To stream video on MFC you can use Model Web Broadcaster or you can use OBS.
You might want to check out Advice for new models.
