Hello, I uploaded a very good quality photos of me and my ID where all information is visible, and they denied for a reason: «ID content is blocked»..
Then I contacted Support and asked them to look into it. I recevied reply: "The identification you have provided is not recent and recognizable."
It's nonsense! My photos are recent and good quality! Everythign is readable and visible. All information.
