I cant request my tokens or send to another user, help please.

Issue:
I was trying to request a daily payment and didnt work, also tried to send tokens to another user, model, and dont work, i am able to broadcast but i cant do anything with the tokens i have, it says i have to contact support and when i try to convert to cash it says i dont have "money".please help me!
i need transfer the tokens to cash, i have around 5 days with this problem. i have sent some emails to chaturbate support but dont get any reply (its strange because when i have contacted them i get a reply in max 1 day, but not now)
