I uploaded a Passport for age verification but it got denied with a reason "ID is not valid. Reason: Need a Passport"

Can you please help me to resolve this issue ?

@punker barbie Both photos are of high quality, and all the information in the passport is fully visible and readable in both photos. My face is not covered and is completely visible too.

How long ago did you open the ticket? they are normally pretty quick about that kind of ticket.
