Most people don't self host, or bother with back ends for websites anymore.

I mean you can get a hosted adult website for as little as 3 dollars a month with https://www.adultwebhosting.com/ .
It you have lots of traffic, that going to raise costs.
If you want to sell content, it gets more expensive. But again, much easier to pay a company to handle credit card company then to try to do it yourself.
And most web hosting services have 24/7 support.

it's pretty much preinstalled on a basic hosting.
HTML servers are so ...ehhhh wait what? Every server can run PHP!
