I have two accounts on CB, can a model know I own them both?

Hello, I searched the forum but could not find the answer I am looking for.

I have an account "A" that I have been tipping and only talking in PM with a girl on CB. Recently I created an account "B" that I have used to spy on her shows, and a few days later I created an account "C" that I took her pvt with for sex show.
