hey people! i have some thing to ask, i dont know if other person ask this, but if the not 1st time a person ask this im sory :D

I realize a ood thing in cb, some girls wining a lot, thats not new, but why cb allways promote that girls 1st than the others?
Like normally i have 800 to 1000 person in room, and i goo page ´2 or 3 +/- , and i saw some girls start there brodcasting , in 20min , with 80 person on room, they got to 1st page intasntly. cb automatic put then on 1st page....

its just me who realize this?

sry my english :D :h: thanks for read

Now that you have mentioned this I am noticing this as well. There can be a lot of factors, such as active viewers, tipping frequency, chat frequency, etc...Not quiet sure about this.

Placement algorithm goes by number of registered users watching, anonymous viewers don’t count.

From what I gather, CB will rank a model higher if they have a large number of people in their room that have tokens, and perhaps also considers how many tokens they have, how much they tip or other factors. I don’t know this for a fact, but I think it’s one way they determine page rank.

CB also puts “Recommended” models at the top of Page 1 for any members that haven’t disabled that feature. And I’ve noticed it’s customized based on my behavior.

The models I visit and tip the most will ALWAYS be among the top Page 1 models for me, with the label “Recommended,” if she is broadcasting when I visit. Even if she only has a few people in her room, CB assumes (correctly) that I’d appreciate seeing that she’s online more so than a model I’ve never visited with 10,000 mostly anonymous members in her room.

I notice on stripchat and MFC if I had a huge room count the last time camming I get a boost the first ten min or so. I usually use that to my advantage too when I do a normal show after a specialty night of camming. Specialty shows I get about 200-300 on mfc average and about 1000+ on stripchat. When I use the boost the next day I seem to get users waaay more quickly than if I did a normal show the day before. Could be algorithm or could be just users hoping I'm doing what they saw the day before.

If you goto the website with no analytics, no sign in, no cookies, it's probable going to show you the people they think are the most likely to blind convert you into a tipping user. And that's probable based on actual conversion, profit made. But it may also be based on other factors like watch time, fallows.

Soon as they have any analytics, the site starts trying to serve to the tastes of the viewer. And the habits of similar viewers.

Considering the actual code behind that changes, it's probable better to just focus on conversions, tips, extra.
Especially sense your old stats may be used with new code.

But maybe there are ways to increase conversions, tips, watch time. Like using social media, PornHub, and other media to drive traffic to you.
Offering new users specials, to try and get more conversions.

yeah but what i mean, is... lets pretend im online for 4 hours, i got 1000 in room, ok... can i be on 1st page. but a model who enter for 10min, and she got 75 person in her room +/-, why she go direct for 1st page? may because all days she win better than other models? just that make me confuse, but maybe just some bug on my cb page. thanks anyway!

If you have 1000 viewers and from those only 20 registered, and nobody tipping, while she has 75 people with 60 registered and many tippers she will be placed higher than you. Are you working for a studio?

CB doesn't position based on conversion, they don't even pick the top models for affiliate promotion based on conversion, you can tell because sometimes traffic will go to a model you know is not likely to convert first time users in a popup.

registered greys are still not counted towards site position to my knowledge, maybe for contest rankings but im not sure about that.

They used to be counted for position, at least back when I was streaming, I don’t know if it has changed since. They do give more weight to other factors like tokens held by viewers etc... but registered viewers did use to count
