Different Forum groups here are in discussion of diverse Agendas. Ways to improve cam quality and many helpful stuff. Chaturbate on the other hand has every member Pleading for a Restoration of their accounts. Helps Me Wonder, Is Chaturbate on a BAN Spree, or has Ambercutie become the best platform to appeal for the BANs? What makes models so attached to the site that so hard for them to Move on. In my experience, other sites like MFC are offering the same quality of service?

HUGEST facepalm-worthy thing that CB bans for. There are legal processes and documentation to keep them safe, so why do they do this? There has to be more to it, some ultimate reason they're so paranoid.

They've created a huge mess for themselves because verification doesn't come first in the list of steps to start streaming there. Everything stems from that one singular problem. Not verifying them before streaming means support has to field all these extra reports which I am sure clogs the inbox, they have to verify and re-verify them later on which wastes more time, they have to act instantly on these reports because not everyone is verified to begin with, I mean... The connection seems clear.

my thought too. they let everyone and their mother stream without verification. which why? anytime someone whips out their dick or tit w/o it gets suspended anyway. which totes clog supports' inbox for unban requests or verification requests. idk why not have it set so only verified accounts can stream. seem it would solve lots of issues. i have this theory, it can probably be successfully argued in court cb has made it easily accessible to children to turn on their webcams (which i've seen happened before a couple of times. granted and thankfully those kids were quickly removed) idk i feel like its an adult sites due diligence to make sure anybody streaming or posting content is of age. maybe that's why the site feels they need to be careful because if young-looking ADULTS are streaming, it might be argued they are encouraging actual minors to turn on their webcams. hell, look at pornhub having to remove all unverified content.

idk i have another theory they automated their "looking too young" instead of going off user reports. they have bots matching our faces to our verified id now, there can very will be a bot that detects young-looking models to put their account on review. years ago, actual shirley promised they review every single "looking too young" ban. seems like they may have expedited the review process in a way, because there have appeared to be lots more. again theroy.

And I know that it usually takes a lot to get banned from MFC.

i think that's why anytime a model complains about being banned from there without any fault, me:

they are definitely the most nuanced when it comes to suspensions/bans. i used to think the same with streamate, but as of late, not so much.

probably too late to edit, so sorry for the dp. but just extrapolating on my bot theory. back in the day when facial recognition started being a thing, i saw poc models with textured hair get their accounts suspended even after being verified because they went to their natural and are probably wearing protective style/wig in their id. any moron knows a woman changing her hairstyle doesnt make her a different person. its been studied/argued by civil rights groups and universities that facial recognition has shown to be pretty racist. (sexy sauces: 1 & 2) its a fucking program. of course, it won't understand the nuance of race and social behaviors.

same thing could be argued that a bot wouldn't understand the nuance of age. fuck im finally being told i look 22-25 and im about to turn 33. if i started caming when i was 18, i would of totally been banned on cb. i easily looked 12-14. lots of cops confronted/harassed me for smoking cigarettes until i quit at 23. once i showed them my id, they left me alone. there was this tlc show of this 20-something woman who looks 8 years old because of some medical thing. (honestly, i couldnt watch it, because she went on a blind date. idk it was wild. i cannot believe tlc gets away with so much. favorite trash channel fo sho)

There is always the potential that the person being broadcasted is not the person who verified. They're trying to avoid broadcasting illegal content.

Of course that potential exists, and those accounts should be banned forever. But what would be the benefit of doing this? An independent broadcaster would be foolish to risk permanently losing their account by letting someone else on their cam. I could have sworn that CB initiated a system that required a broadcaster to send an image to verify that it is indeed them broadcasting during their online streams. Again, this comes down to due diligence on CB's part. If they are meeting their 2257, FOSTA and SESTA requirements, then it is obvious that their reporting system is poorly designed and actually hurts those that 2257, SESTA and FOSTA are supposed to protect - The Models themselves.

Broadcasting for money is illegal in russia but cb isnt going to ban girls just because they're from russia, if they did then they would lose at least a quarter of their income and about a third of their broadcasters.

It isn't illegal in Russia. Porn production and spreading is illegal. Camming is in the grey zone, technically it does not exist as an activity in our laws. But any investigation or case tries to put it under pornography. And that is a subject to argue. The thing with studios is that its the studios who are having illegal activity and not paying taxes (which is logical, coz they cant register the non-existing activity), models in this case are witnesses. Which is still a huge stress for them.
Ukraine has more strict law, everything about porn is illegal and models are partners in crime, thats why they prefer to work as non nudes.
Sorry for the offtopic, it just seems that not many people are familiar with the situation on this side of the world.

People have been getting banned for looking too young since 2016. Its always been an issue, its became more prevalent with cb's growth.

They do not let everyone stream anymore. A month or 2 ago CB pages say they started requiring even exhibitionists to verify ID's. So that loophole is supposed to be closed.

AI bots are in general so useless at doing just about anything slightly complicated, and not be worth using. The classes I had on how AI works and how it is trained were eye-opening about how badly it really works. Most AI that works is done as a mechanical turk, the "work" gets sent to someone in a cheap country and gets done and they are paid per piece of work. Often the issue is they are getting paid so low they want to be fast, and as such make mistakes. Most AI ends up like IBM Watson, high hype, high marketing, high hopes, and in the end zero reasonably accurate results. IBM spent many billions on Watson and have now sold it off for several times below what they put into it.

If they are meeting their 2257, FOSTA and SESTA requirements, then it is obvious that their reporting system is poorly designed

If there is a violation, law enforcement, the news, they may not care that the a website has paper work.
I think chaturbate is trying to avoid a pornhub situation.

I would think one quick glance at the numerous "Banned on Chaturbate" threads here would send potential CB models running for the hills. But I guess that site has been a big earner for a lot of models, and CB members seem to be really loyal to that site (I guess especially if their favorite models are on there, and aren't on any other cam site). So I guess that's why it's hard for some people to let go. Plus the site's popularity and traffic. And I've realized that it's not easy convincing some of these members to start inputting their credit/debit card information to a different site. I know MFC members who have been loyal to MFC for years, and even when I'd quit MFC for a while, they were not about to go sign up to tip me on some other site. Lol. When I went back to MFC, they were still on there...and happy to see me back.

MFC offers way better service than CB. Better model support that responds to e-mails quickly, and it's actually hard for a model to get banned from MFC. Just follow the rules, especially the NO MEN ON CAMERA rule. If you're coming from CB and you're used to sucking/fucking your man's cock in public chat, that's something you will not be allowed to do on MFC. And they will not want to hear "But I didn't know that's the rule!' excuses. Read the rules thoroughly before your first broadcast...on any new site, really.

All of these models getting screwed over by CB need to just come on over to MFC and/or Stripchat, and make that their new home.

Hi, BlackCoffee. I tested it out just now by logging out of my model account and checking it out in guest mode, and with the "filter by region" filter I do see that MFC shows Africa. And it shows (on those models' profiles that their location is Africa). MFC only accepts women though.

I looked it up on Stripchat by typing 'Africa' into the search bar, and it did show me some models who are listed as African, and have the African flag displayed on their profile.

That's all I'll say about that (in this thread) before I get accused again of "shilling for MFC" You're welcome to come join us in the MFC and Stripchat threads though, to discuss those sites further.

Yes. And you literally have to type "Kenya" into the search bar at the top of the page to specifically find Kenyan models.

that has re opened now. Only "grey" accounts require the age verification now so if you have bought tokens before and you have a "color" username you are allowed to stream as an exhibitionist, just won't be in a "category" like it used to be
