Is XHamster & Clips4Sale Owned By Same Management?

I randomly cam across this page that makes it seem like XHamster and Clips4Sale are run or owned by the same people/company. I know a lot of cam sites do this. Just curious, does anyone know?

C4s recently went into a "partnership" with mindgeek. Meaning mindgeek bought them. I dont think mindgeek owns xhampster but I could be wrong since they own nearly everything else.


This does just look like a promo channel, it's not verified that I can see?

MindGeek, who C4S recently partnered with, owns (at minimum) PornHub, YouPorn, Tube8, and RedTube, but not XHamster, XVideos, or XNXX (yet, anyway). I'm unaware of any partnership between C4S and XHamster, however, I would hesitate to call this a "preview channel" when it has a lot of 15-20+ minute videos. The thumbnails make it seem almost like someone's uploading their personal collection of purchases, as there's a cohesive feel to them.
