My check from the most recent pay period was declined at walmart, though I've always cashed by CB checks there. For some reason, the white part in the middle that reads "pay to the order of" has a distinct pink hue. I don't remember the others being this way? I called the verification number on the check to try to get help, & the connection was just horrible. almost impossible to discern what the agent was saying, but they told me I would have to email support. So I email support to explain my issue.....& when they finally reply they tell me to call that number......that told me to email them.
Also, if there is an issue with this check is it possible to for CB to issue me a new check?
