Locked out! I need help

This is my situation :
CB is requesting age verification with passport and postal ID. They said if I don't have these to let them know. I have a current Passport, drivers license and voters ID...but I tell them I don't have a postal ID...they keep sending the same response telling me I need Passport and Postal ID

I too was curious, and Google says
"The Postal ID is an identity card issued by the state-owned Philippine Postal Corporation. It is a valid identification document for use by Filipino citizens in availing themselves of various government services and transactions as well as in banking and other financial institutions."
