I'm a broadcaster on CB. I received an e-mail from Chaturbate stating there had been an unusual login on my account. I reviewed it and discovered the unusual login was not me. So, i changed my CB password and went through the prompts to "lock my account". I then reached out to Chaturbate via support directly from the website. They had me send verification ( a picture of me holding up my ID and a piece of paper with my username, the days date, and a specific word) and send it to them. I did that. That was early Friday morning. It's Saturday night now. I realize Chaturbate support sometimes takes a couple days to respond but, the fact they responded so quick to get verification from me and then went silent is a bit confusing to me and actually quite frustrating. I would like to know when i will be able to get back into my account. Has anyone here experienced this? Also, does Chaturbate simply not work weekends? Any insight would be appreciated because i this point, to be blunt, i'm just becoming infuriated with Chaturbate's lackadaisical and unprofessional approach to this.
