Logitech C920 fps is low how to fix ?

My cam kinda lag fps is 15 . How can i fix to 30 fps i trired turn on light right and add light but still 15 fps

Easiest and first suggestion: Turn more lights on in the space you are camming from. Super well-lit space = less work for the camera to do.

Edit: Oh it looks like you have already tried that. Well, with a well-lit room and right light off, you should be able to adjust the settings on your own to make it work. Can you post what your settings look like now?
