Logitech cam not connecting

Hiya!

I've been using my Logitech cam successfully on CB...until recently. The CB interface shows that I have my cam available, but it does not "feed" into the broadcast. Only my built-in web cam is working.

I'm using an older MacBook (2013) with Chrome as my browser.

The Logitech still works on Skype and Hangouts but no longer on CB.

Anybody willing to help me troubleshoot this? I miss my nice, bright Logitech stream!

I have this issue with my BRIO sometimes, I kinda just try and plug/unplug it, refresh the page, etc :/

Are you using OBS or Browser?

What about a reboot?
Different browser?
Is flash up to date?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Have you tried clearing your flash cache?

I've done all of the above except for clearing flash cache. I'm using Chrome browser, not OBS.

Have an email into official CB support too but haven't heard back.

Hi rstanton! When the Logitech is selected as the camera option, the little broadcast preview window say "no camera selected" and the feed is "blank." For some reason, the Logitech microphone WILL feed into the broadcast stream.

Solved it....

Had an extension in Chrome..Swagbucks just for the record...disabled it, and voila, camera connected. BTW, ebates isn't a problem
