Hello Ladies and gents,
This is a question to both of you. I have been looking into investing into a love sense vibrator. I love the idea of little vibes here and there that I am not controlling and of course tip controlled.

Questions to ladies: Does it feel good? Do you find your tips increased? Is it worth the purchase?
Questions to Men: Do you feel you are more inclined to tip when a woman is wearing a lovesense?

Thanks for your input everyone!

From a member perspective, the first few times tipping to see the reactions were fun. But, I think it has changed the dynamics of cam model's rooms for the negative. The models I visited before the lovense were more personal of sorts. Chatting, talking, etc. Then, as soon as they got a lovense, the focus went to it.
Most of those models, I've not gone back to visit, and one I rarely do. I understand need to do things to generate money, and some people really get off on the idea of what it can do. For me, not so much. I generally stay out of rooms which have them now.

IMO, Lovense kills the interactive aspect of camming. Shes moaning and screaming instead of chating.

I'm at the point where I really don't even like the tip sounds. I know on MFC you can silence it in command. But, not sure of how to do it in either the tip window, or on other sites.

I like to tip silently, as most times I like to hear when she's talking.

I have one - it has increased my earnings, it does feel good, and it has already paid for itself. However, I do feel like I am hurt by the other girls who flop around like bacon at any little tip. Sometimes guys come in and tip one token and expect a huge reaction, i'm not much of an actor and can't simulate a huge flop around reaction at one token at the lowest setting. All in all, I think it is a great addition to your show. I don't wear mine every time and sometimes set goals to put it in/on.

I have to agree with others on here. It just kills the one-on-one aspect of talking to models. If I see a model using it, I'm 99% of the time not even going in there.

Do you three tip consistently to talk to the camgirls you visit? Is it more than they would make with a certain line of pink toys?
From my limited experiences chatters do not contribute much to the room, I do not even mean "tip to talk" as if there's such a market for it maybe we should collectively charge for it and make a talk-show style shows - I mean, at all. Do not buy anything, and if they do they still take more time then they tip for.

Whatever brings you more $ and you are happy with, that's what you should do.

It can be fun, some models are either phenomenal actresses or it is working but the end result is tokens going into their acct. It can also be annoying.

I think it can be a either or depends on my mood, and I think it depends on the models mood.

Your post is rather irrelevant to mine. I simply stated that I was at the point where I did not like hearing the tip sound as I prefer to hear her talking. Think of it as a loud noise going off when you're having a conversation with someone and you miss what they said. it might be nothing they really said in terms of topic. Or, it could have been an answer to a question I asked her.

FYI, not everyone is only into hardcore shit, or whatever when they go to a room. If all I wanted to do was jerk off, I'd go watch something on RedTube, PornHub, or the like for free. The models I visit, I've had some good discussion with, and have been going to their rooms for some time.

There's a number of posts on the forum about how models interact with their members/guests and it's more than just a sex show. Yeah, that's kind of the basic draw. But, far more to it than just your "limited experience" has allowed you to see or experience.

As to tips, if you've seen my posts in other threads, you'll find that I tip quite frequently and for a number of different things. For example, here's one which I talk about it:
https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/t...e-hangout-cammunity.28390/page-11#post-858249

I don't know if you're only familiar with CB, or if you have been on MFC at all. But, here's an interesting thread which talks about some differences:

https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/why-is-chaturbate-a-lot-more-sexualized-than-mfc.28546/

You might be speaking from your own limited experience on CB. But, I would politely ask you to try and understand that there's many different draws to a room besides chat, or being stuffed with a pink alien that vibrates for tips. Yes, if you've got a pink alien in you, chatters might not contribute as much as someone who's infatuated with seeing you jiggle around because of said alien. However, if no one is tipping, and there's no chatter in the room, are you making any money from the little pink tail sticking out of you?

On the other hand, there's rooms which are more involved than just tipping to watch a girl react to the little pink alien. Those rooms can do very well. In fact, some of MFC's top rooms are limited nudity, or have a very small amount of time spent on a cum show, etc.

Might be worth some investigating... ;)

Because watching redtube and paying a girl to perform on cam for you is comparable
Camsites are about jerking off. Maybe you jerk off to the conversation? Maybe it's a mental wank. Regardless, people don't tip to talk.
In fact the whole idea behind Cammunity is to give MFC members and models an opportunity to just hang out. Pressure free. As there's a camscore and tips to be made - as if you are actually working, and this is your shift and Leon will pimp-slap your rank if you won't make enough money...

And who said you can't have a fun conversation with pink aliens stuck in your vagina?

I never said lovesense is guaranteed tips, I question the wisdom to appeal to chatters and that is all. I do frequently talk up people who buy PMs, and a man who wants to tip for something - you'd be hard pressed to get a decent conversation out of him.
To counter your example: imagine you have the room with one guy chatting all the time to you. Nobody else. He isn't tipping - is that a better situation? As there are plenty of men who just get off attention.
Also pointing at top models is unhelpful, as it took them a bloody time, patience, content, and something we might not be seeing to get to the top. A model trying to make it is not going to get away with the same things models on the top of the page do.
And don't get arrogant on me, darling. Limited as my experience might be, it's still more than yours.

My take on Lovense: models who do not speak English use these very successfully to drive some interaction with viewers and increase tips. On CB, some of the more popular non-English-speakers end up relying on Lovense heavily.

But what is interesting is that the better driver for tips is the ability to speak and interact with the audience. If you go through new rooms on MFC, you will see that many of the non-English speakers have fewer than 10 people in their room. The extremely verbal women who constantly speak to the camera in response to chat messages usually have 50+ viewers. So you would guess that viewers on these sites heavily value the ability to meaningfully interact with models.

If you had to choose between Lovense and upping your personality and verbal interaction with the audience, you would want to focus heavily on the latter. Lovense is mainly going to be helpful for models who cannot - or do not want - to interact with the audience.

Did I say it was a comparison? Nope. I simply said if all I wanted to do was jackoff I'd pull up a free video to do so.

Are they? Are you speaking for ALL camsites, their models, and members? Don't be so presumptuous...

So, you only interract with people whom spend money in your room? What about someone whom comes in, says "Hi" without tipping. Do you ignore them? Do you let them participate in a bit of the chat, or do you boot them right away? What if he's one whom holds out on tipping for a little while to see if the model is even worth tipping a token on? I can say, with certainty, that based off of this experience I will never entrer your room and will never waste a token on you.
To counter your example: imagine you have the room with one guy chatting all the time to you. Nobody else. He isn't tipping - is that a better situation? As there are plenty of men who just get off attention.
I'm sure there's guys whom get off on attention. Just like I'm sure there's plenty of women whom get off being the bossy, know-it-all cunts they can be. As to your example, there are plenty of models here whom have stated that they would rather interract with someone than to just blankly stare into a monitor. Why? Because doing something, and doing some interract may help draw more people in. Is it as ideal as a tipper? Not by a long shot. Spend a little time doing some research here, and you'll find posts from various models stating this.

Also pointing at top models is unhelpful, as it took them a bloody time, patience, content, and something we might not be seeing to get to the top. A model trying to make it is not going to get away with the same things models on the top of the page do.

Really? Using top models as examples is unhelpful? They started out just like you, as a new model "trying to make it". They found their niche, and do quite well with it. I think rather than dismissing them, you might look to them for inspiration on how to do better.

And don't get arrogant on me, darling. Limited as my experience might be, it's still more than yours.
You got me. You have far more experience behind the camera than I do. However, you still don't understand much of what has been stated, and you'll probably dismiss this post as well. Personally don't care. I'll just say that it's your lost revenue if you dismiss the talkers as a group. Some of us tip very well.

Anyway, I'm through with this topic with you. Best of luck to you with your rules on how you operate your own room...

Don't forget to tip or this conversation

Only people who will get angry at my original post:

Are the ones who know they are underpaying the models they visit and sometimes waste their time altogether. Sometimes distracting them from earning more as they take all their attention for themselves for the promise of the tip in the future.
There's nothing wrong with chatting with members but you should not let voices like ForceTen to stop you fom making an investement. What kind of client is the pink antenna going to lose you? Quick to assume it's all you offer, and needy.
You can do whatever the hell you want with it. Stuck an each into every hole. You can still chat with the members and make a joke about it. If you want to re-enact exorcist, it's up to you and not members who will feel you won't pay the same amount of free attention to them therefore it sucks.

First, the disclaimer...I am probably somewhat of an outlier for this discussion for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that I primarily go on SM. That being said:
  1. I always tip. And that's in addition to whatever it is that I spend on a private or exclusive. I assume a model is camming to make money first and foremost. I once spent about 45 minutes talking to a model (really slow night) and it was interesting for both of us I think. But I forgot to tip her. I sent her a message when I realized it and the next time I saw her online I said hi, I tipped her and I left.
  2. I think if I stay in a model’s room for a while and don’t tip I am wasting her time. That doesn’t mean I don’t carry on a conversation with her, but that comes later after I have already spent some money on her.
  3. The initial interest is always physical. But I keep coming back if I want to get to know her a little better. From reading the forum and from other sources, to say that members are only interested in getting their rocks off is not accurate.
  4. This is unlike any other kind of sex work, I think. There is a much higher degree of interaction and much higher chance for emotional transference/ perceived connection, particularly by members but also workers.
  5. I don’t care what you have in your vagina, I care that both of us (including you) enjoy the interaction.

A little bit. I might tip a friend more than I normally would just to see what her reaction would be to each level, but it depends on how much each level costs. Some of my model friends have pretty high level costs, so I just stick to my usual 5 token tip with a joke method when the lovense is used in their room. Overall, it's amusing for a minute, but the novelty wears off pretty quick.

I will open with I tip regularly in general for any room that I visit. Even if I don't really vibe with the model I still tip at least something when I'm in the room and before I move on. That said I can't get into these tip toys at all, and it is primarily because of so many rooms that I have checked out it seems to be overly embellished and basically just flopping around. Yes I understand that there is a "show" aspect to all of this, but flopping around does nothing to make remain interested or even aroused by what I'm seeing.

A couple of my favorite models have recently picked up the toy, and I will surely give them the benefit of the doubt and try to contribute when they use it, but overall I'm more likely to skip their room on nights they plan to use the toy.

Soooo I just purchased the vibease yesterday. Anxiously waiting for it to come. The idea of a member being able to control the vibrations from their phone when in private or raffling for the chance to control me during a a public show or outing or something sounds so so fun. Just thinking about it makes me all wet. Lol. I actually thought it would it a better 1 on 1 experience by being able to say you made me cum or feel good or whatever..

Anyways has any one had any experience with the vibease? I searched but didn't find anything on here.

Thanks guys!

IMO, Lovense kills the interactive aspect of camming. Shes moaning and screaming instead of chating.

And, in some cases, looking like they're having a seizure. Lol.

I didn't see any problem with ForceTen's posts, and really don't think he's trying to stop models from buying the Lovense. He was simply sharing his thoughts on the subject, like everyone else in the thread.

I don't like toys that have to be inserted...I just like vibrators. So I really hope that the Lovense doesn't become a "cam girl must have," because then I'm screwed. Haha.

Me neither that is why I am so excited to try to vibease, doesn't have to be inserted. Just a small vibe I can put inside my panties.

Now I can get with that! Lol. *In my Kevin James/Doug Heffernan voice* Bring on the VI-BRA-SHEE-OHN!!!

When I visited Chaturbate last night one model looked like she wasn't going to survive. It's crazy!

I recently saw a Streamate model who got tipped like $1 GOLD, and she was moaning and tossing her head back for like ten seconds after the tip happened. Lol.

Hello everyone, I'm quiet new , this is my first month. I can't be enough thankful for this forum and topics, helps me a lot. Have a nice day girls and guys!

I've been camming for almost 3 weeks on MFC. I've gone from super shy girl next door to a little bit shy girl next door, lovely for me. I do see all the girls saying "Lovense!" and to be honest... I am thinking of getting one. A couple of my regulars would like the lovense introduced because its give a fun aspect to it. I think if you like rely on it or something, there's less of a chance for your regulars to come see you because you're more focused on that. 3 weeks... I have a couple of people who come in and like to say hi and have conversations. I don't mind, tip or not. Keeps me personable. Yesterday I was insanely busy because I was laughing and talking, before I knew it, I had 24 people in my room, win for me since my highest lately has been 12. I may not make top model any time soon but I'm improving since losing my new model status. Tips do come in when that happens.

I don't know. I'm really freakin new still. I think the Lovense is definitely worth it--tip wise. Maybe not to rely on and set a goal for it to turn on or something. I think I'll get one in the future. Right now, I'm just super focused on building a fan base and getting my regulars. Lets be honest, people who come in are ultimately looking to get off on good looking amazingness and I'm there to help for tips. But hey, conversations are awesome and I love talking to my guys (and girls) who come in.

So in short... I am also debating on that fun little toy.

I know I'm in a minority when it comes to members and these toys, but I really dislike them. I'm sure they feel good and all but the overreactions some women have are just eyeroll inducing for me. I am well aware models sometimes fake things for their customers but the tip toys just bring that to the forefront in my mind and kills the mood.

That said, so many models wouldn't use them if they didn't work to bring in tippers. I respect that and know it is just something that comes with the territory. I've talked to other members about models that use tip toys and some of them have completely bought the fantasy that a one token tip is going to cause a real extreme reaction.

Side note, I've seen you on a couple of times, Summer, and think you are doing great. I hope you keep building that fan base up. There is great advice to be found on the forums and I hope it helps you. I almost stopped in last night or the night before to say hi again but I don't like hanging out when I don't have tokens. Makes me feel like a dirty freeloader. lol
