Manyvids support failed

Hello.

I tried to make an account on MV. They took 7 days to "age verification" and didn't reply. No responsability whatsoever. I sent the two pics asked.

No response. Sent an email and they said they were going to see it with application team. No reply.

I wanted to really work on this platform but they seen to have a bad support. I hope I can solve it.

Yeah, they aren't great. I asked them on Friday to "DISABLE" my account because they said they could temporarily disable it - and the rep DELETED my account. Like gone. Followers, ratings, etc.... all gone. Wonderful. 4 years of building, gone.
