Hello @punkerbarbie, we are missing our payment from Aug 1-15. I contacted support at which they said, we either have to wait and see if it shows up or else they will issue a new check. We receive our checks by mail which will take up to two weeks. We are not alone in this as a new camming couple that we collaborated with, cashed out on the same day and also have not received their payments- which makes me think the issue is on your end. Is there any other option then waiting two weeks for a new check to be issued? It has already been a month. Will you fedex this check without the processing fees?
