My account was banned and i have heard nothing back from Support except a standard "we have received your query" email

@punker barbie , my account names is Paulos10000 and my account was banned on 11th Dec... since then i have heard nothing back from CB in terms of a reason why the account was banned.... i am not sure what i did wrong, but i am willing to rectify any TOS breach i may have made, the problem is i have no way of speaking to CB, i am told if i chase the enquiry i will simple be put to the back of the line? Is there any way of helping with such a problem? ( the holding email i got had no ticket number).
Any help greatly appreciated.

Is there a problem if the initial support confirmation email doesn't include a ticket number? If so what would you advice @Paulos10000 to do? Does this mean he needs to open a new enquiry?

He's been a very respectful and supportive member and friend of mine for the past 6+ years. He went through all the right channels. Not receiving any information on his ban and how to rectify things in the past 15 days is extremely dissapointing.

@punker barbie ..... it is slightly ironic that i came to this forum because i was totally ignored by Chaturbate support.... and i have been totally ignored on here also!!! lolol..... is there no assistance you can give me with at least having CB support acknowledge i exist?

@punker barbie ... thanks for looking into this.... i dont want to be an ass, but is there any sort of standard time frame on these things? i emailed them on 13th Dec....you chased them 5 days ago.... i mean the phrase "as soon ass possible" might not be totally true!! lololol... i dont suppose there is anyway to speed the process up? i have still heard nothing. Once again thank you for your assistance.

Well.... the response from Chaturbate indicated that in a PM to a model i had mentioned a trigger word which banned the account for discussion of a minor.... on review of the conversation they conceded it was not a sexual comment but a "very ill-conceived attempt at humor".... and so they reinstated my account and warned me not to do it again.... interestingly there was no mention of why it had taken them 27 days to respond to me..... i think the response this week goes to show that the assistance of @punker barbie was of great assistance in getting the inquiry looked at.
