My CB account was banned. And, I don't why.

My account was banned on 09/19/2024. I don't know why it was banned. I'd like to get the account back. And, I have tokens that I can no longer access. I reached out to CB. I haven't back from them yet. I haven't been assigned a ticket number. My account name is: hornyftmguy82

@punker barbie Thank you. I did receive an email on 09/20/24 that requested of me to agree that I understand the TOS. I responded on 09/21/24 that I did understand TOS. I know it's still early. I really need access to my money. Is there a time frame of how long it takes for my account to be unsuspended/banned?
