I used to work for a studio, at that time I was a new model mainly I talked on the broadcast and rarely private messages, I don't know who hacked my account, I asked the studio, they said they don't know and my account is permanently banned with an off-platform payment acceptance error. . I don't know what to do, please help me, I want to rebroadcast.

I am not receiving any payments off the platform and no offline chat transactions.
