Old Studio Holding My Account Open So I Cannot Get a New One

I left a studio because the owner was using tricks to reduce our payments. Like making up fines and stuff. So I left for a new studio, but the old studio owner refuses to cancel my old account (indiansnow) so i can get a new one, with a new studio. I understand my old name is hers and I have to start over, but she is stopping me from working at all!

We have no contract or agreement that would allow her to do this, but it is happening anyways. Can you help??

You don't need to cancel the old account to start a new one.

Edit: and the old account belongs to the old studio, they don't have to cancel it.
